IT Business Partner Manager (Talent Pool)

Job Description

• Act as focal point (Liase with) for business user for the need of technology, bridging to IT engineer & Digital (for development of the solution) & external technology solution provider.
• Managing technology demand management activities (IT core and Digital).
• Manage overall portfolio of technology-related requests from business user, ensure SLA compliance from the technology team towards user needs.
• Specify business requirement, develop BRD (Business Requirement specification Document) (eg. Coordination BRD Dealer Portal) with business user
• Technical assessment solution identification
• Managing technology roll-out activities (IT core and Digital).

Job Requirements

• Having educational background in Informatics / Computer, engineering or business management
• Has an excellent skill in Business Requirement Specification definition and writing.
• Has experience in retail industry
• Preferably has experience in pre-sales or solution consultant
• Has an excellent capabilities in translating commercial business requirement into high level technical specification.
• Has an excellent skill in Test Scenario Specification definition and writing.
• Has a good understanding of IT application, IT Infrastructure and Digitalization
