IT Application Support

Job Description:

• Provide application support for multiple applications, including web applications and services/APIs, running on Linux-based server environments.
• Support user testing activities, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues identified during testing phases.
• Support infrastructure setup and configuration, including database, server, and other application infrastructure components.
• Investigate and resolve issues identified during testing, particularly those related to API Gateway integration and service communication.
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation related to new and existing infrastructure configurations and application environments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth application operations.
• Perform issue analysis and provide appropriate technical solutions to maintain application availability and operational stability.
• Support ongoing application maintenance and operational activities across multiple environments.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support, Software Development, or a related technical role.

• Hands-on experience in programming and software development.

• Experience with automation scripting and process automation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Fluenty in english is a must
