About the role

PT Priama Food Indonesia is a food and beverage manufacturing company seeking a competent individual to join the R&D team. This role is ideal for those interested in food and beverage product development and wanting to contribute to quality innovation in a dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare materials and equipment for R&D trials

• Conduct weighing and accurate recording of materials

• Assist in trial execution and sample collection

• Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and traceability of trial data

• Execute work according to SOP and R&D instructions

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK qualification in pharmacy, analysis, culinary arts, or chemistry

• Minimum 1 year experience as a formulator or in food production R&D

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work collaboratively in a team

• Able to conduct weighing and data recording accurately

• Understanding of basic GMP/CPPOB and food safety principles

• Able to adapt quickly and follow dynamic work pace
