Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals

• Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate interviews

• Match candidates according to clients’ job requirements

• Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and hiring managers

• Follow up closely with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database

• Ensure candidates are properly briefed regarding job scope, salary, and employment terms

• Meet hiring targets and recruitment timelines

• Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong sourcing and networking abilities

• Self-motivated and target-driven personality
