Internal Audit (For Fresh Graduate)

About the role

You will execute audit programs prepared by the Audit management team and implement the program at the operation. You will evaluate operation and financial documents for accuracy and compliance with company regulations, ensure that business and working processes are correct regarding the SOP, and identify loopholes to recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the audit program prepared by Audit management team and implement the program at the operation

• Evaluate operation and financial documents for accuracy and compliance with company regulations

• Ensure that business and working process correctly regarding the SOP

• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings

• Maintain open communication with management and audit committee

• Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum or audit results

• Conduct follow up audits to monitor management's interventions

• Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement

About you

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Agribusiness or related field

• Fresh graduate or associates with 2-3 years of working experience from related field industry interested in becoming an internal auditor

• Ability to process large amounts of data and compile detailed reports

• Ms. Excel skill is a must

• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

• Ability to have critical thinking, independent judgement and good communication

• Can-do attitude with positive and growth mindset

• Agile and open with challenges as learning opportunities

• Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru, Pontianak, Palangkaraya, Balikpapan and willing to mobile
