Job Summary
We are seeking a talented, creative Interior Designer to lead projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop design solutions, and collaborate with contractors to produce high-quality residential or commercial spaces that are both beautiful and functional.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conceptualization & Design: Develop initial design concepts, including space planning, layouts, color schemes, and lighting design.

• Visualization & Drafting: Create 2D drawings, 3D renderings, mood boards, and detailed, accurate, and professional design plans.

• Material Selection (FF&E): Select, specify, and procure furniture, fixtures, lighting, and finishes to meet client style and project budget.

• Project Management: Manage projects from conception to completion, including establishing timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating with contractors/tradespeople.

• Client Relations: Conduct client meetings to understand goals, present design options, and manage expectations.

Compliance: Ensure all design plans comply with safety regulations, building codes, and accessibility standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Proven work experience as an interior designer with a strong portfolio.

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max).

• Strong knowledge of materials, lighting, and furniture sourcing.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
