Integrated Claims Service - Insurance

Job Description:

Requirements:

1.    Register claims accurately in the system and maintain organized records.

2.    Check and validate claim documents; request additional documents if needed.

3.    Collect and validate payment documents; coordinate payment processing.

4.    Create and send Letter of Discharge (LOD) to insured parties; then monitor their status.

5.    Monitor and process information from emails and other communication media for each claim.

6.    Conduct open file reviews to track and resolve outstanding claims.

A bachelor’s degree in insurance, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in claims handling or a related role is preferable.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using multiple claims management system, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google suite.
