Information Security Auditor (ISO 27001/ISO 20000)

About the Role

As an IT Auditor, you will assist in conducting audits for ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System or ISO/IEC 20000 IT Service Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, conducting, and completing ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 20000 audits.

• Support audit coordination, client communication, and audit documentation.

• Review compliance with information security and IT service management requirements.

• Contribute to continuous improvement and value-added audit services.

• Monitor and maintain audit performance metrics and related records.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, Information Security, IT Compliance, IT Governance, or related areas.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.

• Well-organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.

• Completed or willing to attend an IRCA/CQI-approved Lead Auditor course in ISO/IEC 27001 or ISO/IEC 20000.

• Prior completion of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, or ISO/IEC 20000 Lead Auditor training is preferred.

• Lead Auditor qualification from a recognized Certification Body will be an advantage.

• Willing to travel domestically and internationally for audits.
