Industrial Relation Supervisor

Job Description:

• Maintain relationship with trade union.

• Implement and control daily activities related with employee such as bipartite/tripartite, prayer room, sports, ceremonial, canteen and polyclinic.

• Become a mediator in resolving employee problems and providing counseling

• Conducting exit interview and its administration.

• Provide socialization and regulatory control (PKB, HR Policies, Company Policies)

• Monitor and renew permit related to employment, K3, etc.

General Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree (S1) from Law.

• Understand about Labor Law, both knowledge and its implementation.

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.

• Able to work individually and in a team.

• Candidates should be tough, has a good communication skill, negotiation and interpersonal skill.

• Willing to be placed in Purwakarta.
