Import Document Staff (Specialist SLIM & CEISA 4.0)

QUALIFICATION

-Male or Female

-Maximum age 40 years old

-Minimum education Diploma/Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Accounting, Transportation management, Logistic, or other related fields of Export-Import

-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the field of Customs Clearance, Export-Import, Freight Forwarders or Logistics

-Able to apply the SLIM application and CEISA 4.0

-Understands the process of document flow (export, import, customs), data entry, document submission, monitoring, and status check in the system

-Able to maintain the correspondence with the Customs Office and CEISA 4.0

-Understands the procedures for Export-Import, Logistics, Warehousing, Finance & Purchasing

-Do multitasking, detail and target oriented, working in under pressure

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION

-Proficient in Ms. Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS/SUMIF, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting), Word, Outlook (intermediate to advanced level)

-Capable of communicating in English (Mandarin language is a plus)
