ICT Coordinator

Qualifications :

• Bahcelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in IT support, networking, database administration, and application systems.

• Good understanding of business applications and system integration.

• Knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle database.

• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN, basic routing, DHCP/DNS, firewall, VPN, and WIFI.

• Experience in server management.

Skill and Responsibilities :

1. Able to explain technical problems cleary to non-technical users.

2. Able to analyze problems, find temporary solutions quickly, and work toward permanent fixes.

3. Willing to learn new systems and adapt to company policies and procedures.
