Job Summary:
我们诚邀有经验的空调售后维修工程师加入团队！本岗位负责空调及相关系统的安装、调试、维修及售后技术支持，参与项目现场管理，保障系统稳定运行并提升客户满意度。
We sincerely invite experienced HVAC/Air Conditioning After-Sales Service Technicians to join our team. This role is responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and after-sales technical support, ensuring stable system operation and high customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities 岗位职责：

1. Perform on‑site commissioning, preventive maintenance, and emergency troubleshooting for data center cooling systems, including CDU, CRAC, and fan wall units.

2. 负责数据中心冷却系统（含 CDU、CRAC、Fanwall）的现场调试、预防性维护及紧急故障排查。

3. Lead fault diagnosis and resolution during system testing and project delivery to ensure smooth handover and high customer satisfaction.

4. 在系统测试与项目交付过程中主导故障诊断与处理，确保项目顺利移交并提升客户满意度。

5. Support the Project Manager in monitoring on‑site progress, quality, safety, and manpower to ensure efficient and compliant execution.

6. 协助项目经理管控现场进度、质量、安全及人员调配，保障工程高效合规执行。

7. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance (PM), respond to emergency breakdowns, and provide system optimisation recommendations to enhance long‑term reliability.

8. 执行预防性维护（PM）计划，响应紧急故障，提供系统优化建议以提升长期运行可靠性。

9. Deliver technical after‑sales support and consultative services to customers.

10. 提供售后技术支持及技术咨询服务。

11. Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

12. 完成上级交办的其他工作。

Requirements 任职要求：

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Refrigeration and Air‑Conditioning, or a related field (preferred).

2. 中专或本科及以上学历，电气、机械、机电一体化、制冷与空调技术或相关专业优先。

3. Solid technical foundation with strong hands‑on skills and problem‑solving ability.

4. 专业基础扎实，动手能力强，具备良好的现场问题分析与解决能力。

5. Ability to troubleshoot system issues via PLC programming; familiarity with logic control systems is a plus.

6. 能够通过 PLC 程序排查系统异常，了解逻辑控制系统原理者优先。

7. Experience in chiller system (air‑cooled / water‑cooled) maintenance and inspection is preferred; industrial HVAC maintenance experience is advantageous.

8. 具有冷水机组（风冷/水冷）维保与检测经验者优先；有工业空调系统维保经验者加分。

9. Prior experience in data centre operations and maintenance (O&M) is highly preferred.

10. 具有数据中心运维经验者优先。

11. Strong project coordination, planning, and communication skills across internal teams and external stakeholders.

12. 具备项目管理、进度管控及内外部沟通协调能力。

13. Minimum 2 years of experience in refrigeration equipment maintenance is strongly preferred.

14. 具有 2 年以上制冷设备维修经验者优先。
