HSSE Sr. Executive

Job Responsibilities:

To assist and support overseeing all HSSE aspects in the Port Terminal Areas related to HSSE compliance and Quality Management System by ensuring adherence to applicable regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.

The role coordinates internal and external audits, manages non-conformities and corrective actions, controls HSSE/QMS documentation and records, supports management review, and monitors compliance performance. The position also drives continuous improvement by identifying compliance gaps, assessing risks, analyzing audit findings, and coordinating improvement initiatives to strengthen the effectiveness of the company’s HSE and QMS processes.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable HSSE laws, regulations, company policies, standards, and customer requirements.

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with applicable standards such as ISO 9001, SMK3, ISO 14001:2026, ISO 45001:2018 and others integrated HSSE requirements.

• Support and assist create plan, coordinate, and conduct HSSE/QMS internal audits to assess compliance and effectiveness of established procedures, controls, and processes. Follow up audit findings until corrective actions are properly implemented and closed.

• Perform continual improvement of HSSE Management System 4.0 conversion by developing and maintaining HSSE related standards & procedures.

• Support and assist to manage and ensure HSSE and QMS administration, policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and records are properly developed, reviewed, controlled, updated, and communicated to relevant personnel.

• Support HSSE Department to manage Risk & Compliance Assessment, Corrective & Preventive Actions, HSSE Management Reporting and review.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), or Public Health

2. Minimum has more than 6 years’ experience in HSSE field with similar industry.

3. English Fluency is Mandatory.

4. Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills and strong in Reporting & Presentation skill

5. Verbal and written communication skills necessary to effectively align with Internal and External Stakeholder

6. Have a good ability to work independently and drive departmental initiatives

7. Familiar and has good skills HSSE compliance and Quality Management System

8. Have a good understanding and strong in AK3U, Auditor ISO14001 & ISO45001, Auditor SMK3PP50/2012, ISO 14001:2026, ISO 45001:2018.

9. Familiar with Environment, Health, Safety and Security Risk Assessment, Inspection, Audit (Auditing & Audited) process

10. Work Location: Tanjung Priok (North Jakarta)
