HSE Staff - EPC PLTS Team

PT DELTAMAS SOLUSINDO is looking for enthusiastic and qualified individuals to join our team as outstanding professionals!

Qualifications

• Physically and mentally fit

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), or Environmental Science

• Holds a valid General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum), Electrical OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Listrik), or Intermediate Construction Safety Expert (Ahli Madya K3 Konstruksi) certification issued by Indonesia's Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI)

• 3–5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), particularly in electrical power, solar power (PLTS), or construction projects

• Familiar with PLN's Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS), occupational safety management systems, and applicable environmental regulations

• Detail-oriented, firm, able to communicate effectively, and comfortable working in the field

• Disciplined, thorough, and highly motivated

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Willing to be assigned to project locations throughout Indonesia, as required

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor the execution of HSE Plans at all project sites

• Conduct routine inspections, identify hazards, and implement preventive measures to mitigate occupational safety risks

• Provide safety awareness sessions, training, and briefings to all personnel and workers

• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (SMK3), ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Ministry of Manpower regulations, and PLN standards

• Manage incident reporting, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with environmental and social requirements, including provisions prohibiting forced labor

• Carry out other duties as instructed by the supervisor

Selection Process

Candidates who meet the qualifications will be invited to participate in a training program conducted by our HSE team.

Upon completion of the training, candidates will be notified of the selection results and whether they will be accepted as part of our team.
