HSE Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Specialist to join our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) team. In this role, you will lead the implementation, monitoring, and compliance of health, safety, and environmental systems across both our Head Office and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• System Implementation: Implement and maintain ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3 standards in compliance with legal, client, and company requirements.

• HSE Planning & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive HSE programs, emergency response plans, CSMS tender documents, and regular HSE reports.

• Hazard & Environmental Management: Identify workplace hazards, conduct environmental impact assessments, and manage environmental issues.

• Inspections & Audits: Perform routine HSE inspections, conduct hazard observations, and lead/support internal and external audits.

• Incident Investigation & Compliance: Lead incident/accident investigations with root cause analysis, and ensure personnel/subcontractor certifications meet regulations.

• Safety Culture & Coordination: Drive HSE awareness programs, lead Management Walkthroughs, and coordinate P2K3 meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably majoring in Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).

• Required Certifications:

• Certified AK3 Umum / OHS General Expert (Ministry of Manpower)

• Certified Scaffolding Supervisor

• Certified / Competent in Working at Height

• Certified Lifting Inspector

• Skills: Proficient in spoken and written English, as well as Microsoft Office.

• Mobility: Based at Head Office, but must be willing to be deployed/assigned to field sites.
