HRGA Manager (Mandarin Speaking / Manufacturing)

About the role

We are a manufacturing company in Batam looking for a hands-on HR & GA Supervisor. We don't need a high-level strategic planner; we need someone who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment and ensure the company is fully compliant with Indonesian Labor Law.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding) for factory workers and office staff

• Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs

• Handle employee contracts (PKWT/PKWTT)

• Manage BPJS (Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan)

• Handle foreign worker permits (KITAS/RPTKA)

• Ensure company regulations comply with Indonesian Labor Law

• Handle basic employee grievances and disciplinary actions

• Manage office administration and basic facilities

About you

• Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, BPJS, and expatriate visa processes

• Experienced in high-volume recruitment

• Mandarin speaking is highly preferred to communicate with Chinese management; if no Mandarin, fluent English is required

• Able to work independently and handle pressure
