HRBP Marketing

We are looking for a passionate Human Capital Business Partner (HRBP) who will act as a strategic partner for business functions, driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and people initiatives to support business growth.

• Act as a strategic Human Capital partner for Risk, Marketing, and New Business Development functions by providing people solutions aligned with business strategies and objectives.
• Identify organizational needs, talent requirements, and capability development opportunities to support business growth and organizational effectiveness.
• Drive the implementation of key people management processes, including manpower planning, performance management, talent review, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations related to organizational challenges, productivity improvement, and talent management.
• Collaborate with various Human Capital functions to ensure effective implementation of HC programs, policies, and initiatives.
• Support organizational change and business transformation initiatives through people and organizational development approaches.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Capital Business Partnering / HR Generalist / Organization Development role, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, talent management, performance management, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable people insights.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to support business leaders in achieving organizational goals through people strategies.
