HR Supervisor - Manufacturing - Cikarang (C-133373)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Cikarang.

• Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for HR Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Industrial Relations, HR Legal, and employee disciplinary matters in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations

• Manage Compensation & Benefits, including payroll, BPJS, PPh 21, salary structure, and employee benefits

• Manage and optimize HRIS and HR data, including employee records and HR analytics

• Supervise, coach, and develop HR team members to ensure effective HR operations

• Support management in HR policy development, workforce planning, and process improvement

• Maintain good relationships with employees, labor unions, government authorities, and other stakeholders

• Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law, Management, HR Management, Psychology, or related field from a reputable university

• High-conversational level of English

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience with 1-2 years in Supervisory role with strong exposure to Industrial Relations, HR Legal, and Compensation & Benefits

• Good knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws and the full HR cycle

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Experience with HRIS and has HR BNSP certifcate is a plus

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Adaptive and able to work effectively with employees and stakeholders at various organizational levels
