Overview:
KOKUO Family Massage & Reflexology is looking for a creative, communicative, initiative, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual to join with our team as Human Resources for Recruitment & Employee Relations. This role is responsible to managing recruitment for new employee and maintain employee relations to create “well work environment”

Key Responsibilities:

• End to end recruitment.

• Design and implement systems for performance reviews and KPI evaluation.

• Analyze training needs and design learning & development programs.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and employee engagement initiatives.

• Create program for support “well work environment”

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Field, such as psychology, management, or related.

• Be able to do end to end recruitment, such as job posting, screening, assessment, interview until on boarding for new employee

• Be able to create or even understanding with evaluation methodologies for employees performance

• Be able to create training needs and design for learning & development programs

• Familiar with psychology test tools and Interviews method to be applies for assessment

• Familiar with timeline management for execute job descriptions such as recruitment, assessment, training & development

• Familiar to be a speaker or have a good rate for interpersonal skill

• Communicative, adaptive and can be collaborate with all elements of company, such as operational teams or even head office teams

• Be able to be join as soon as possible
