HR Officer

QUALIFICATIONS

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Management or a related field.

– Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the forestry, plantation, mining or contractor industry.

– Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations and HR administration.

– Experienced in recruitment and selection, employee administration, personnel documentation and employee database management.

– Familiar with employment contracts, employee attendance, leave administration and HR reporting.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

– Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.

– Good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
