HR Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations and support effective people management within the organization. This role focuses on strengthening employee relations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian employment regulations, and maintaining efficient HR processes. The successful candidate will work closely with management to support business needs and foster a positive and productive workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee end-to-end HR activities, covering talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance evaluation, learning and development, and disciplinary matters.

• Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation, correspondence, and reporting in line with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.

• Analyse workforce trends and HR-related matters to provide meaningful recommendations for manpower planning and management decisions.

• Collaborate with management and relevant stakeholders to implement HR policies, improve existing practices, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Manage employee and industrial relations matters, including engagement with employee representatives, addressing workplace concerns, and ensuring fair resolution in accordance with prevailing labour legislation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Law, or a relevant discipline.

• At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
