HR Intern

About the role

PT. Kredit Utama Fintech Indonesia is seeking an HR Intern to join our team in Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya. This is a position where you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the HR field. As an HR Intern, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources department, contributing to various HR initiatives and supporting our growing business.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including reviewing CV, scheduling interviews, etc.

2. Support the HR team in administering employee records and maintaining HR databases

3. Participate in the planning and execution of HR-related events and programmes, such as team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives

4. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and responding to general HR inquiries

What we're looking for

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation

3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

5. Enthusiasm for learning and a desire to gain practical experience in the HR domain

6. Adaptable and willing to take on a variety of tasks to support the HR team

7. Can join ASAP
