HR Generalist Staff

About the role

This is an HR Generalist position responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle and supporting key HR functions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection

• Support employee lifecycle from onboarding, HR administration, employee movement, development, to exit

• Handle employee relations and industrial relations matters

• Support manpower planning, performance management, and HR reporting

• Support training & development, talent management, and employee engagement programs

• Coordinate with management and department heads on people-related needs

• Coordinate with external HR partners, educational institutions, interns/PKL partners, and other stakeholders

• Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee data

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related field

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience; retail or F&B experience is preferred

• Understand HR generalist functions and end-to-end recruitment

• Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Able to work with targets, data, and deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; HRIS experience is preferred

• Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and has good business sense
