HR Generalist

What You Will Need.

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.

• Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, employee relations, and performance management.

• Familiar with HRIS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Experience in people development is preferred
  
  

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offering, and onboarding.

• Maintain employee data, HR documents, and personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Handle attendance, leave administration, employee lifecycle processes, and other HR operational activities.

• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.

• Support employee engagement, training, performance management, and other HR development initiatives.

• Prepare HR reports and maintain employee and recruitment databases.

• Support other HR operational projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
