HR Compensation & Benefit dan Payroll

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits.

• Experience in a multinational company or multi-entity organization is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations, payroll compliance, and statutory benefits.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

• Experience with payroll systems/HRIS, vendor management, or audit processes is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly payroll processing across Automotive and Food business entities, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.

• Validate employee data, attendance, overtime, deductions, and payroll changes.

• Calculate and validate sales incentives, bonuses, salary increments, THR, and other allowances.

• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors to ensure smooth payroll operations.

• Prepare payroll reconciliation and workforce cost reports, including headcount, overtime, incentives, and cost variances.

• Maintain payroll procedures, approval controls, and documentation to ensure compliance and confidentiality.
