HR Business Partner

Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field, with 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role

• Strong knowledge of HR Operations, C&B, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, People Development, Performance Management, Indonesian labor laws, and industrial relations

• Proven leadership, team management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and ability to develop data-driven HR strategies and solutions

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, HRIS, and performance management systems

• Experience in healthcare, hospitals, or related industries is preferred

Key responsibilities :

• Develop and update organizational structures and job descriptions to meet business needs.

• Lead manpower planning and monitor staffing against standards and operational needs.

• Evaluate and improve HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits.

• Oversee Recruitment and People Development in line with company standards and business needs.

• Develop KPIs, coordinate system uploads and master data validation with SMEs and Corporate IT, and track achievement.

• Manage People Review scheduling, communication, and progress; consolidate and analyze Performance Appraisal results.

• Maintain positive industrial relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
