The Island Sports Club operates across multiple stunning locations in Bali, including Cemagi, Berawa, Uluwatu, and Gili T. Our mission is to create a community-driven space where sports enthusiasts come together for competition, wellness, and fun. From world-class padel tournaments to holistic wellness experiences, we aim to be more than just a sports club—we are a lifestyle destination.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, or a similar role.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to cleanliness and maintaining high hygiene standards.

Work Ethic: Responsible, hardworking, and able to complete tasks efficiently.

Teamwork: Able to work well with other departments to ensure the club environment remains clean and comfortable.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with members and guests.

Physical Stamina: Able to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.

Positive Attitude: Friendly, respectful, and committed to maintaining a welcoming environment.

Willing to be placed at the Gatsu, Denpasar branch.

Must be based in Bali.

Key Responsibilities

As a Housekeeping Staff member, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of The Island Sports Club facilities.

• Clean and maintain club facilities including locker rooms, toilets, fitness areas, and public spaces.

• Ensure all areas are kept clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.

• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other housekeeping materials.

• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.

• Support cleanliness during events, tournaments, and busy operational hours.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
