Housekeeping & Landscape Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping and landscaping team to maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and aesthetic appeal of both indoor and outdoor building areas.

• Manage plant care, maintenance, and propagation in accordance with the established landscape design.

• Ensure the implementation of cleaning, sanitation, and pest control standards across all areas.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a mall, retail environment, or high-rise building.

• Strong knowledge of housekeeping service standards, sanitation, and pest control.

• Experienced in the maintenance and supervision of indoor and outdoor plants, as well as landscape design.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to interpret design drawings are considered an advantage.

• Good leadership and communication skill.

• Willing to be assigned at Jakarta area.
