Host Live Streaming

About the role

We are seeking a communicative, creative, confident, and energetic Live Entertainment Host to join our team. The candidate is responsible for hosting interactive and entertaining live streaming sessions, building closeness with the audience, and creating an engaging live atmosphere to encourage active viewer participation.

Key responsibilities

• Host live streaming entertainment sessions according to the schedule and predetermined concept

• Actively interact with viewers through chat, greetings, games, challenges, and other interactive activities

• Build a fun, positive, and comfortable live atmosphere for the audience

• Maintain viewer engagement to ensure the live session remains dynamic and interesting

• Develop creative ideas, topics, and entertainment concepts to improve the quality of live content

• Collaborate with production team, operators, and related teams to ensure smooth live sessions

• Maintain professional attitude, appropriate appearance, and good communication during live broadcasts

• Conduct performance evaluation with the team to improve the quality of performance and audience interaction

• Comply with work schedules, briefings, and applicable operational standards

About you

• Good communication skills, confident, expressive, and attractive personality

• Interest in entertainment, live streaming, social media, or content creation

• Able to speak spontaneously, build conversations, and lighten the atmosphere

• Creative, active, responsive, and able to entertain audiences naturally

• Able to work in a team and accept direction and evaluation

• Disciplined, responsible, punctual, and committed to work schedules

• Willing to participate in briefings, training, and regular performance evaluations

• Experience as a host, MC, streamer, or content creator is a plus, but candidates without experience may still apply if they meet the qualifications
