Head/Supervisor of Maintenance - FnB - Lampung (B-134791)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Sukabumi, Bandar Lampung. 

• Our client is a FnB (Coffee) company. Currently, they are looking for Head/Supervisor of Maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to optimize the performance and reliability of production equipment and infrastructure.

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Manage a team of skilled maintenance technicians, electricians, and engineers, providing leadership, mentoring, and performance management.

• Analyze maintenance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to enhance overall equipment effectiveness.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to identify and resolve technical issues.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including maintenance records, standard operating procedures, and maintenance schedules.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

• Conduct regular equipment inspections and troubleshooting.

• Manage maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory.

• Implement predictive maintenance techniques and technologies.

• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Minimum conversational English proficiency.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior maintenance role in the manufacturing industry, with strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, electrical systems, and automation.

• Experience in leading teams of engineers.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical issues.
