1. Production Planning

• Develop daily/weekly/monthly production plans according to targets and orders

• Manage raw material, machine, and labor requirements

• Coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, and Purchasing

2. Implementation & Supervision

• Lead and supervise production processes

• Ensure SOPs, K3, and 5R/5S are implemented on the production floor

• Resolve line issues: machine breakdowns, high reject rates, and material shortages

3. Quality Control & Efficiency

• Ensure products meet QC quality standards

• Reduce defects, waste, and machine downtime

• Increase machine productivity and OEE
