Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate the technician team, including work scheduling, task assignments, and daily maintenance activities.

• Perform and oversee routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of company equipment, machinery, and facilities.

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently while minimizing operational downtime.

• Respond to and coordinate maintenance requests from company outlets and client locations, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

• Oversee maintenance of refrigeration systems, cold rooms, chillers, freezers, electrical systems, plumbing, CCTV, IT equipment, generators, and vehicles.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure effective maintenance operations.

• Monitor spare parts availability and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and technical reports.

• Ensure compliance with maintenance procedures and safety standards, and report technical issues and team performance to management.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or technical operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.

• Hands-on experience with cold rooms, refrigeration systems, chillers, and freezers is highly preferred.

• Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, CCTV, electrical systems, plumbing, vehicles, generators, and general maintenance.

• Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and supervise a technical team effectively.

• Experienced in preparing work schedules, assigning tasks, coordinating team activities, and ensuring adequate coverage for daily operational needs.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal departments, company outlets, and external clients.

• Willing to travel to company outlets and client locations as required.
