HEAD OF PLAYSCHOOL (NATIVE TEACHER ARE WELCOME TO APPLY)

📍 Location: Malajah Playschool – Canggu, Bali

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead daily playschool operations, ensuring high standards of education, child safety, hygiene, and overall care (Head of playschool)

2. Develop and oversee age-appropriate learning programs based on the Reggio Emilia approach, supporting each child's development. (Head of playschool)

3. Lead, coach, and evaluate teachers while maintaining positive communication and relationships with parents. (Head of playschool)

4. Teach and engage children across different classrooms and age groups (Native Teacher)

5. Support children's English language development through play, songs, stories, and interactive activities. (Native Teacher)

6. Collaborate with classroom teachers to deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences based on the Reggio Emilia approach. (Native Teacher)

REQUIREMENTS

1. Native English speaker with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

2. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. (Head of playschool/Native Teacher)

3. Minimum 2 years of experience teaching young children. (Native Teacher)

4. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in early childhood education in a leadership role  (Head of playschool)

5. Familiar with the Reggio Emilia approach and play-based learning (Head of playschool/Native Teacher)
