Gymnastics Coach (Lead /Assistant)

About the role

Kanika-Nika Gymnastics Club is seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our training team in South Jakarta. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will play an important role in helping develop the athletic skills and confidence of students through structured and innovative gymnastics programs.

Key responsibilities

• Help develop athletic skills and confidence of students through structured and innovative gymnastics programs

• Demonstrate gymnastics movements and provide practical assistance

• Work with children, teenagers, and their parents

• Work collaboratively within the team and follow direction from senior coaches

• Maintain flexibility in schedule arrangements and be willing to be placed in different locations

About you

• Diploma or degree in Sports or Physical Education

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an artistic gymnastics assistant coach

• Deep knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety, and best practices in instruction

• Strong physical ability and good fitness to demonstrate movements and provide practical assistance

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with children, teenagers, and their parents

• Energetic, patient, loyal, reliable, highly motivated and enthusiastic, rule-following, with good communication skills

• Willing to be flexible in schedule arrangements and placed in different locations within the city of South Jakarta, Bogor, or Depok.
