About the role

Lingua Franca Sera' is seeking a passionate and experienced Mandarin Teacher to join our team on a contract basis. This role is based in Tangerang Regency, Banten and will involve delivering high-quality Mandarin language instruction to our students.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and deliver engaging Mandarin language lessons HSK to students Primary School - Adult

• Create innovative and interactive teaching materials to enhance student learning

• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to support their development

• Collaborate with the broader teaching team to share best practices and continuously improve the curriculum

• Maintain accurate student records and comply with all Studio Mandarin policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Wiling to work OFFLINE/ON-SITE based on the assigned schedule (Hampton Avenue, Gading Serpong, Tangerang)

• Bachelor's degree in Mandarin language, education or a related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Mandarin (HSK or Montessori)

• Minimum HSK 3

• Fluent in Mandarin

• Own a personal laptop

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students

• Proven ability to create dynamic and student-centred lesson plans

• Passion for education and a commitment to student success

• Good attitude
