About the role

You will be responsible for equipping students with practical English language skills focused on Hospitality & Cruise Ship English, including work conversations, customer service, job interview simulations, and technical terminology in the hospitality and cruise ship industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver English language learning materials focused on practical needs of the hospitality industry (Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, etc.)

• Train speaking, listening skills, and understanding of basic medical/work terminology in hospitality

• Lead interactive conversation simulations (role-play) for various work situations (guest handling, complaints, reservations, and daily hotel conversations)

• Provide specialized job interview preparation training for internship or work preparation in hotels/cruise ships

• Develop modules or teaching materials relevant to current industry trends

• Monitor, evaluate, and record the progress of each student's language abilities regularly

• Provide constructive feedback to students to increase their confidence in communication

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in English Language Education / English Literature / Communication Science, OR D3/D4/S1 graduate in Hospitality with active English language ability (systematic ability/teaching experience preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of teaching/training experience (experience in LPK, language courses, or in-house hotel trainer is an added value)

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have a portfolio/very good speaking skills and enjoy teaching

• Active command of English (spoken and written) with good and clear pronunciation

• Understanding of vocabulary and technical terminology (hospitality terms/jargon) commonly used in the hospitality industry and cruise ships

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking abilities

• Able to create an interactive, enjoyable, and practice-oriented classroom atmosphere (communicative language teaching)
