Guest Relations Officer

What will you do?

• Support the clients to experience customer delight from welcoming, assisting, and ensuring a smooth service.

• Coordinate appointments for a well-organized schedule.

• Assist and provide services for the client’s treatment

• Process accurate payments effectively

• Address client feedback professionally to resolve issues quickly, to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for?

• Diploma degree (preferable from a hospitality major)

• Minimum 1 year as guest relations officer in hotel/wellness/other luxury industry

• Previous experience handling VVIP/expatriate customers

• Passionate in serving hospitality to the customer

• Possess neat, hospitable, and professional grooming and manner

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

• Proficient in English (written and verbal)

• Possess hospitality traits towards customer.
