Guest Relation Officer

Bali Home Immo Uluwatu is currently looking for a Guest Relation Officer to join our team!

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with property owners and tenants

• Act as a mediator between tenants and property owners to resolve issues during their stay

• Support the Rental Team in scheduling property visits with clients

• Conduct property inventory checks during check-in and check-out

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth rental operations and a positive guest experience

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible

• Able to communicate in English; additional languages are a plus

• Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, property management, or customer service is preferred

• Based in Bali and available to work on-site in Uluwatu

• Able to ride a motorbike
