Graphic Designer (Intern)

About the role

We're looking for a Designer Intern to be our on-demand design partner, mainly for our sales teams in Singapore and Hong Kong, and for other departments whenever they need it. You'll work on everything from packaging to pitch decks, and get hands-on experience across print and digital design in a fast-moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design packaging for new SKUs

• Create catalogs, promotional posters, and social media designs for our Singapore and Hong Kong sales teams

• Produce marketing materials for both digital and print

• Build pitch decks, assisting our Co-Founder

• Put together full sets of event collateral, digital and printed

• Design social media content and handle general design requests from any department

• Jump into ad hoc UI/UX design and illustration projects

• Respond to on-demand requests and help the team get things done

About you

• Studying or recently graduated in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related field

• Comfortable with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (or Figma / Canva)

• A portfolio that shows layout, branding, packaging, or illustration work

• Solid grasp of print production basics (file setup, color, bleed)

• Able to juggle multiple requests and manage your own time

• Clear communicator who is open to feedback

• Experience with packaging dielines and mockups

• Basic UI/UX design skills (Figma)

• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills

• Strong written English, for collaboration with teams in Singapore and Hong Kong
