About the Role

We are looking for creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer to join our team at Sinergia. You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that supports our marketing, promotional, educational, and branding activities.

The ideal candidate is someone who can turn ideas into compelling visual designs, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working with various digital design tools.

Responsibilities

• Create visual designs for Sinergia’s marketing, promotional, educational, and digital content.

• Develop creative concepts and visual ideas based on briefs and campaign objectives.

• Design social media content, promotional materials, posters, presentations, and other visual assets.

• Collaborate with the Marketing and internal teams to develop creative and effective designs.

• Maintain consistency with Sinergia’s visual identity and branding.

• Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

• Stay updated with current design trends, digital tools, and creative technologies.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role.

2. Based in Jakarta or willing to work in Jakarta.

3. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.

4. Proficient in Canva.

5. Familiar with Figma.

6. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus point.

7. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and adapting to new digital tools and technologies.

8. Strong creative thinking and excellent at ideation.

9. Have strong critical and structured thinking.

10. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate ideas into compelling visual concepts.

11. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

12. Good time management and able to work with deadlines.

13. Must have a portfolio showcasing previous design work.
