Graphic Designer

Job Description :

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs that align with Loan Market’s brand identity and communication objectives.

•  Design marketing materials such as social media content, digital ads, flyers, brochures, presentations, office branding materials, and event collaterals.

•  Support internal and corporate communication initiatives with clear, visually engaging layouts.

•  Adapt visuals for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, website, etc.).

•  Maintain and update design templates for company-wide use.

•  Work with external vendors (printers, production houses) to ensure accuracy and quality in final outputs.

•  Stay updated with design trends and apply them appropriately within a professional financial brand context.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or related field.

•  1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate communication or marketing environment.

•  Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Canva or Figma is a plus.

•  Excellent understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

•  Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, effective visuals.

•  Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.

•  Basic video editing or motion graphic skills are an advantage
