Global Recruitment Specialist (Korean Capability Required)

About the role

KOTRA Jakarta is seeking a Korean speaker to support the implementation of its K-Move program. The role focuses on Korean-language communication, coordination, and administrative support to facilitate employment opportunities and recruitment activities for Korean job seekers in Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Support the daily operations and implementation of the K-Move program

• Identify and coordinate with potential employers and companies interested in recruiting Korean professionals

• Assist in promoting job vacancies through relevant recruitment platforms and professional networks

• Support candidate sourcing, job matching, and recruitment-related coordination

• Communicate with employers, job seekers, and relevant stakeholders in English and Korean as required

• Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting related to recruitment activities

• Ensure deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained efficiently

• Contract will be done under KOTRA’s HR designated company

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken

• TOPIK Level 5 or higher in Korean preferred

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

• Able to meet deadlines and maintain schedules effectively
