General Manager

About the role

Leafy's is a growing hospitality business in Krui, Lampung, operating four cafes and restaurants, a lodge, a homestay and a surf shop. We're looking for an experienced, motivated and highly organised General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our businesses and help us continue to grow.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all venues, ensuring high standards of service, quality and customer experience.
• Manage, lead and develop staff across all locations, building a positive and professional team culture.
• Monitor business performance, budgets, costs, stock control and operational efficiency.
• Oversee recruitment, HR, staff training, performance management and team development.
• Establish and maintain systems and procedures to ensure consistency across all businesses.
• Regularly visit each location to support teams, monitor standards and resolve operational issues.
• Oversee marketing activities, including social media, promotions, branding and content creation.
• Plan and coordinate events, entertainment and special promotions across our venues.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and the overall guest experience.

About you

• Proven experience in a General Manager, Operations Manager or similar senior hospitality role.
• Experience managing multiple venues, teams or departments.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good HR and recruitment skills, with the ability to attract, develop and retain quality staff.
• Understanding of social media marketing, promotions, branding and events management.
• Good commercial awareness, including budgeting, cost control and business performance.
• Proactive, hands-on and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Must be an Indonesian citizen and able to work in Krui, Lampung.
