• Ensuring the execution requirement meets the project building and renovation needs such as scheduling, cost control, quality control, and coordination of the worker in order to eliminate wastage, re-work, or delay

• Ensuring project costs, maintenance work, and construction projects meet budget plans

• Make continuous improvements in construction methods to effective construction cost and safety aspects

• Plan, organize, direct, and managed activities related to project construction, facilities, and supporting systems

Job Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Civil / Architect Engineering, or Facility Management

• At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field

• Proven experience in managing building construction, renovation, maintenance, and facility-related projects from planning through execution.

• Ability to monitor project budgets, costs, and expenditures

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, maintenance practices, and workplace safety standards.

• Additional required skills : problem-solving, good communication and stakeholder management, project management

• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.

• This position is temporary replacement for 6 Months (PKWT)
