GARMENT TECHNICAL - Work Located in Sukabumi

About the role

We are seeking a Garment Technical - Garment professional to join our team at PT Doosan Cipta Busana Jaya- Work Located will be placed in Sukabumi. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the high quality and integrity of our garment products throughout the manufacturing process. As a key member of our manufacturing and logistics team, you will play a vital part in our continued success and growth.

What we're looking for

• Work Located will be placed in Sukabumi .

• Education : Degree in any dicipline .

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Garment manufacturing

• Non Experience as Garment Technical are welcome.

• Knowledge of fabric types, properties, and testing methods

• Understanding of garment construction, fabric performance, and sewing techniques.

• Proficiency in reading Technical Packs, specs, and grading sheets

• Hard Working and Able to work under pressure & Fast Learner

• Strong and well-structured communication skill both in English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Familiarity with spreadsheets for reporting.

• Able to operating a computer especially Microsoft Office.

• Good Personality , communication skills, and high analytical skill

• Work Located will be placed in Sukabumi .

What you'll be doing

1. Prototyping & Sampling: Create and update technical specifications (tech packs) and review original prototypes (toiles) to verify that the pattern and size are production-friendly.

2. Quality Assurance (QA): Oversee fabric and garment testing for aspects like color fastness, shrinkage, and durability

3. Factory Liaising: Work with suppliers and sewing floors to ensure that the correct garment construction methods and budget constraints are being utilized.

4. Post-Production Evaluation: Analyze product returns and customer feedback to address and correct recurring manufacturing faults.

5. Collaborating with production, engineering, and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related problems

6. Analysing quality data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements

7. Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality best practices

8. Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality, safety, and regulatory requirements

9. Documenting quality control activities and maintaining accurate records

10. Work on site - Sample Room
