GA Senior Staff

Overview of the position :

This role is responsible for supporting overall General Administration (GA) operations, focusing on effective management of key suppliers, office operations, and administrative control. The role covers coordination of major external service providers (e.g. travel, security, and facility suppliers), monitoring operational performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards. In addition, the role supports cost control initiatives, including but not limited to energy-saving analysis and operational efficiency improvements.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in General Administration, Office Operations, or related role
• Experience in handling suppliers (e.g., travel agency, security, facility services) is preferred
• Basic understanding of vendor management, administrative processes, and office operations
• Exposure to cost control or budgeting (including energy-saving initiatives) is an advantage
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in improving GA operations as well as the needs to travelling (20-30%)
