Furniture Showroom Designer & Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a creative candidate with furniture design capabilities and the ability to manage and develop showroom appearance to look attractive, elegant, and professional.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop furniture products according to brand concept and character

• Arrange layout, placement, and display of furniture in showroom to look attractive and aesthetic

• Oversee and control furniture production process from design stage until product completion

• Ensure product quality, material, finishing, and furniture details meet company standards

• Coordinate with production team to ensure furniture results match design and timeline targets

• Develop showroom concepts and perform periodic display updates

• Responsible for tidiness, aesthetics, and overall showroom appearance

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Interior Design, Product Design, Architecture, or related field

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in furniture or interior field

• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software

• Understanding of furniture materials, construction, and furniture production processes

• Visual merchandising capabilities, space arrangement, and sensitivity to aesthetics

• Creative, detail-oriented, high initiative, and able to work independently and in teams

• Good coordination and communication capabilities

• Preferred experience handling furniture showroom or custom furniture company
