Tanggung jawab

• Provide best service for customers, based on service excellent standard
• Provide information to customers and non-customers regarding bank products
• Accommodate and manage customers complaint
• Input cash and non-cash transactions
• Provide service according to banking standards
• Check and verify the authenticity of money, documents, or other data that received from customers

Persyaratan

• Minimum Diploma (D3) education, in any major
• Have 1-2 years experience as a Teller and/or Customer Service in Banking Industry
• Fresh Graduate with Korean Language Proficiency are welcome to apply
• Good service attitude and good communication skills
• MS Office literacy
• Fluent in English
• Placement : Kelapa Gading & Kebon Jeruk
