Frontend Engineer

What are the Job Descriptions for this position? (Responsibilities)
1. Develop and maintain the web application using React and Next.js
2. Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile features using React Native
3. Collaborate with another team on shared logic, API integration, and cross-platform feature planning
4. Maintain and improve existing web products (bug fixes, performance, refactoring, stability, compatibility)
5. Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend best practices and standards

Kualifikasi

A. Primary Qualifications (these qualifications are necessary to perform job)
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent
practical experience)
2. Experience: Minimum 2,5 years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer
3. Skills:
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js (SSR/SSG, routing, API routes, performance optimization)
• Proficient in TypeScript — typed components, interfaces, and type-safe API contracts
• React Native — able to build and maintain cross-platform mobile features
• Familiar with REST API design and integration (consuming APIs)
• Understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
4. Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team (mobile, backend, design)
• Good communication skills to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive in raising blockers and asking clarifying questions
