FRASER DRIVING RANGE & LOUNGE COORDINATOR

Qualifications :

• Minimum D3/S1 in Hospitality, Hotel Management, F&B Management, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Hospitality Industry, Golf, or F&B Services.

• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.

• Basic English written & Verbal.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experienced in using software systems, and possessing strong communication skills.

• Willing to work weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities :

• Support the Outlet Manager in achieving operational targets and guest satisfaction.

• Supervise and coordinate the F&B Service team, including daily briefings, coaching, and motivation.

• Coordinate event setups and arrangements.

• Monitor service quality, presentation, timing, and food & beverage standards.

• Ensure the implementation of outlet programs, SOPs, and operational policies.

• Provide operational data and statistics to support strategic decision-making.

• Coordinate with the Kitchen, Bar, and other departments.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in front-of-house and back-of-house areas.

• Be hands-on and actively supervise outlet operations, especially during peak hours.

• Conduct monthly inventory with Captains and Bar team members.

• Monitor team grooming, SOP implementation, and compliance.
